About Resources

There are two parts to the Resource Management:

• Resources
• Resource Types.

To view a list of resources:

1. Go to Configuration > Resources >Resources
2. A list of resources displays
   • The list is in alphabetical order
   • For each resource, the following information will be displayed:
     • Resource Name
     • Time and date when the resource was last active.

 Note: You have the ability to search the list of resources by entering some keywords in the search field.

From this screen, you can also:

• edit a resource's information. See Editing a Resource
• add a new resource. See Adding a Resource
• delete a resource. See Deleting a Resource.
